Job summary

SPH Media in Singapore seeks a driven finance professional to lead business performance planning and control across the organisation. You will oversee revenue forecasting, cost management, and performance tracking to support sustainable growth, with hands-on execution and data-driven insights for day-to-day and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of FP&A or revenue/performance management experience, preferably in a revenue-driven environment.
• Experience in media or advertising is an advantage.
• Strong partner- ship with commercial or sales teams to drive revenue and performance.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus (senior role).

Responsibilities

• Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and target setting with financial models.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports on revenue, cost, and key metrics.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and sales performance to identify trends and drive initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Salesforce or Tableau; validate data accuracy.
• Create calculators to support Sales Teams’ incentive claims across schemes.
• Gatekeep and process revenue and cost adjustments with proper governance.
• Coordinate system setup/configuration for new revenue streams with stakeholders.
