Job summary

Amphenol FCI Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales and Operations to analyze performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of FP&A, management reporting, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience in sales, distribution, trading, or multinational environment preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year; prepare dashboards and reports.
• Support budgeting and annual planning; consolidate plans and maintain rolling forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning and decision-making.
• Extract and analyze data from ERP and other systems for management reporting.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; communicate with the Controller to improve profitability.
