A dynamic financial services firm in Singapore is looking for a Financial Analyst to support regional consolidation and financial reporting. This role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3 years in Group Accounting. Candidates must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills. This position also encourages participation in strategic projects aimed at financial process improvements.
Job Scope:
Support the preparation of monthly regional consolidation reports.
Review subsidiaries’ monthly management reports and collaborate with finance leads to analyze and understand key business drivers.
Contribute to the preparation of cyclical FP&A deliverables, including monthly financial analysis to evaluate regional performance against budgets and forecasts.
Assist in the development of quarterly board presentations and related materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
Support the regional budgeting process and assist with periodic forecasting activities.
Assist in year-end closing processes, including the review of subsidiaries’ draft audited financial statements and audit adjustments.
Participate in impairment assessments and ensure finalization of year-end financials.
Engage in ad-hoc projects aimed at driving continuous process improvements across financial operations.
Qualification:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience & Competencies:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Group Accounting
FP&A and consolidation experience is a plus
Strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong numerical, analytical skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated, organized, with strong initiative; flexible and adaptable.
