Job summary

A dynamic financial services firm in Singapore is looking for a Financial Analyst to support regional consolidation and financial reporting. This role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3 years in Group Accounting. Candidates must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills. Job description

Job Scope:

  • Support the preparation of monthly regional consolidation reports.

  • Review subsidiaries’ monthly management reports and collaborate with finance leads to analyze and understand key business drivers.

  • Contribute to the preparation of cyclical FP&A deliverables, including monthly financial analysis to evaluate regional performance against budgets and forecasts.

  • Assist in the development of quarterly board presentations and related materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.

  • Support the regional budgeting process and assist with periodic forecasting activities.

  • Assist in year-end closing processes, including the review of subsidiaries’ draft audited financial statements and audit adjustments.

  • Participate in impairment assessments and ensure finalization of year-end financials.

  • Engage in ad-hoc projects aimed at driving continuous process improvements across financial operations.

Qualification:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Experience & Competencies:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Group Accounting

  • FP&A and consolidation experience is a plus

  • Strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong numerical, analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Self-motivated, organized, with strong initiative; flexible and adaptable.
