Nas.com is building two complementary AI products around one idea: AI should do the work required to grow a business, not only answer questions.
Together, these products help entrepreneurs and marketing teams turn AI into business growth. We have raised US$50 million in total, including a recent round led by leading Silicon Valley investors, including Khosla Ventures and 500 Global. Our Singapore-based team builds for customers worldwide.
We're looking for a Founding Data Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our data platform.
We already have production pipelines, data models, and a data warehouse. They have grown with the company, but parts of the system need stronger ownership, reliability, and technical direction.
You will inherit what exists, understand it deeply, stabilize what is working, fix what is not, and rebuild components where necessary. This is a founding role not because you are starting from a blank page, but because you will define the next generation of our data platform.
High-quality, well-connected data is fundamental to how we run the company and to the AI products we are building.
You have strong data engineering fundamentals and experience building and operating production systems. More importantly:
You do not need all of these. We are especially interested if you have experience with:
You will have genuine ownership of a company‑wide platform, direct access to leadership, and the mandate to shape how Nas.com uses data at a critical stage of growth.
You will not be optimizing one small part of a mature system. You will understand the business, make technical decisions, and build the trusted data foundation behind both company decisions and AI products used by real customers.
Our culture is different from a typical software company. We grew from content creation, so we combine engineering rigor with storytelling, speed, experimentation, and a desire to make things people care about. The team shares ownership and passion for the company's success. You grow quickly, build close friendships, and find meaning in creating something ambitious together.
If you want to own a data platform end to end and use trusted data to improve both a fast‑growing business and its AI products, we'd love to hear from you.
