Qualifications

• Engineering or computing degree completed.
• Strong Python development experience with production-ready software.
• Experience in multimodal AI, vision, retrieval, agents or geometric computing.
• CAD, manufacturing knowledge or enterprise integration experience is a plus.

Founding AI Engineer — Multimodal Models

Develop multimodal AI that understands engineering drawings, 3D geometry and the realities of manufacturing.

Join our founding engineering team in Singapore, working with the founders, Chief Scientist and industrial experts to bring models into engineering products.

What you’ll build

• Drawing understanding with vision-language models and OCR; extraction of dimensions, tolerances and manufacturing features.
• CAD and STEP interpretation, geometric reasoning and connections between 2D drawings and 3D designs.
• Model adaptation and benchmarks grounded in engineering accuracy and practical usefulness.
• Reliable product workflows with traceable sources, uncertainty handling and engineer review.

What you’ll bring

• An engineering or computing degree and strong Python development skills.
• Practical experience in multimodal AI, vision, retrieval, agents or geometric computing.
• A systematic approach to evaluation, error analysis and shipping useful software.
• CAD, manufacturing knowledge, model optimization or enterprise integration experience is valuable.
