Job summary

EASY HIRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Videographer and Social Media Content Creator in Singapore to grow the founder’s personal brand on TikTok and Xiaohongshu. You will stay mainly behind the camera, turning ideas into engaging short-form content from ideation to publishing.

You will ideate trends, write scripts, direct filming, edit videos and manage posting schedules in English and Chinese, with occasional local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in videography, editing or social media management.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Xiaohongshu trends and audiences.
• Able to write engaging scripts, hooks and storylines.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, script and storyboard entertaining short-form videos for TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Direct the founder during filming and plan locations, outfits and shot lists.
• Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing and captions in English and Chinese.
• Publish content according to the posting schedule and monitor performance.
