Job summary

Enerzyz is seeking motivated interns to join its Forward Developer Engineering Internship program across multiple geographies including Singapore. You will bridge AI-driven industrial systems and real-world deployment, collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders to deploy AI-assisted optimization solutions for commercial facilities.

The role is hands-on, project-driven and focuses on both technical implementation and clear communication with clients.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or final year student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or any engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in hands-on and AI-assisted coding.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI-assisted frameworks, HVAC operations and control systems and industrial automation.
  • Proven communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the deployment of AI-enabled operational solutions at customer sites.
  • Interface with clients/stakeholders to understand operational constraints, compile inputs and provide constructive suggestions to recalibrate AI solutions for asset lifecycle and energy-saving strategies.
  • Support pilot testing of AI solutions to bridge software with physical energy assets, ensuring energy optimization workflows and predictive analytics.
  • Contribute to publications including research publications, technical reports and product documentation (optional).
  • Contribute to company initiatives and support business activities on an ad hoc basis as required.

Job description

Enerzyz is an AI-powered asset orchestration platform that helps data centers, commercial real estate, and industrial facilities run more efficiently. Our work involves developing real-time intelligent systems for any facility's asset management through agentic automation.

This internship program is designed for building a high-performance engineering and research team capable of bridging AI, engineering operations, and customer deployment. We are looking for motivated analytical minds who are not only technical but also well communicative.

About the Role:

We are hiring for this role in multiple geographies: Singapore, United States, France and Bangladesh. As a Forward Developer Engineering Intern, you will work to bridge the gaps between industrial AI systems and real-world deployment. You will collaborate with team members and industry stakeholders to deploy AI-assisted operational optimization solutions for commercial and industrial facility’s asset infrastructure.

This role is highly hands-on and project driven involving both technical implementation and communication skills. This is the work that turns a sales conversation into a live, optimizing site.

You will live the experience in person while working with the engineering team. We believe it should be a rewarding experience in the Post AI world for an enterprising graduate.

During internship, you will:
  • Participate in the deployment of AI-enabled operational solutions at customer sites.

Preferred Qualification:
  • Fresh Graduates or Final year student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or any engineering discipline
  • Proven experience in hands on and AI assisted coding
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI-assisted frameworks, Building cooling systems (HVAC operations, and control systems) and Industrial automation
  • Proven communication and co-ordination skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Active team player and project organizer, with the ability to collaborate between client’s issues and internal development team for rolling out the solution faster
  • An enterprising mindset to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
