Job summary

Google Cloud is looking for a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customers in Singapore, bridging frontier AI products with production-grade reality. You will code, debug, and ship bespoke agentic solutions directly within the customer environment, addressing data readiness, state management, and integration challenges.

This role requires high agency, cross-functional collaboration, and a founder’s mindset to deliver white-glove deployments and contribute to a long-term product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of software development experience with Python or similar languages.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions from conception to launch.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a developer for complex AI applications, transitioning prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
• Architect and code the connective tissue between Google's AI products and customer’s live infrastructure, including APIs and data silos.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or feature requests for engineering teams.
• Co-build with customer engineering teams to ensure long-term project success and adoption.

• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure agentic systems meet rigorous requirements for accuracy, safety, and latency.
