Job summary

SATIATE CONSTRUCTION (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead carpentry formwork and concrete reinforcement on construction sites.

You will ensure workmanship meets project specifications and safety standards while coordinating material usage and interpreting technical drawings. You will guide teams on formwork installation, reinforcement placements, and shutter construction, applying knowledge of timber, aluminium, and steel materials to maintain quality and schedule adherence

Qualifications

• Experience supervising carpentry formwork and concrete reinforcement.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of timber, aluminium and steel formwork materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise workers to perform carpentry formworks and reinforcement of concrete on-site, ensuring quality and safety compliance
• Ensure all timber formwork and structural reinforcement meet Singapore Standards (SS) requirements
• Read and interpret construction drawings accurately to guide work execution
• Perform construction tasks involving formwork, reinforcement, and concreting to meet project specifications
• Apply knowledge of timber, aluminium, and steel structural formwork to oversee installation and assembly
• Calculate material quantities and perform costing for formwork materials to support budgeting and procurement
• Monitor shutter making and assembling processes to maintain quality and schedule adherence
