Job description

What the role is:

You implement safety policies, manage incident prevention, and ensure operational safety integration for Special Operations Task Force (SOTF) and SAF Advisory Group (SAFAG) exercises and operations.

What you will be working on:

- Develop safety management plans
- Advise Commanders on Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) matters
- Analyse safety performance
- Implement safety programmes
- Conduct safety inspections and internal audits
- Manage exercise safety measures
- Coordinate with external agencies
- Deliver safety education
- Monitor safety compliance
Challenges include fostering a strong safety culture, balancing training effectiveness with safety, and keeping abreast of new technologies and the constant introduction of new special-to-arm equipment.

What we are looking for:
