Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Warehouse Assistant / Forklift Driver in Tampines, Singapore. The role focuses on preparing equipment for customer collection, inspecting returns, and moving items safely within a fast-moving warehouse environment.

You'll operate a counterbalance forklift, conduct pre-release checks, update records, and ensure accurate barcode scanning and packing. The position is a 6-month renewable contract with a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore counterbalance forklift licence is required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or equipment rental is advantageous.
• Able to handle items up to ~20 kg with or without team support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for customer collection and inspect returned gear.
• Carry out barcode scanning and update warehouse records accurately.
• Check items for completeness, cleanliness and visible damage.
• Conduct pre-release checks before equipment is sent out for hire.
• Organise incoming and outgoing equipment in the warehouse.
• Assist with loading/unloading using safe handling practices.
• Operate a counterbalance forklift when required.
• Complete warehouse paperwork and assist with housekeeping and labeling.
