The Opportunity:

Our Forensic Accounting and Commercial Damages (FACD) practice in Australia continues to see success and has rapidly expanded in headcount at the start of 2025. As a result we are looking for qualified accountants with experience in forensic accounting to join our team in Sydney or Singapore.

This is an opportunity to work on disputes, forensic accounting, investigations and valuations projects across Australia and the Asia Pacific region in a variety of industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the production of expert reports.
  • Researching and analysing quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Conducting financial analysis and investigations.
  • Developing financial models from transactional and financial data.
  • Using relevant software tools for research and analysing data.
  • Communicating results and work product as appropriate, internally and externally to clients.
  • Assisting in client events and business development.

You will be mentored by our world-leading Expert Witnesses in best practice and will be able to pursue multiple pathways in your career, whether you want to be a technical subject matter specialist, or to testify in the witness stand. Skills and Experience:

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • You are a strategic thinker who is comfortable working through ambiguity and loves an intellectual challenge.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, and an attention to detail.
  • You have exceptional written and communication skills.
  • You enjoy a collaborative team environment, where we all contribute our ideas.
  • You have integrity and want to be part of a highly supportive team with strong family values.
  • You have a strong focus on learning and development – both being coached, and coaching others.
  • You have experience in Forensic Accounting, with exposure to investigations, disputes, data analytics and/or damages.
  • You will be a Qualified Accountant or have similar qualifications.
