Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead Process improvement function to provide recommendations for improved process relating to sales forecast and to lead the implementation of a new forecasting tool. Priority will be on processes ensuring a. demand forecast accuracy, b. channel inventory monitoring and compliance and S&OP process at region and country level.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the implementation of the new forecasting process across PA country and region
  • Propose and implement enhanced forecasting processes for PA in alignment with the regional/Division team.
  • Priority will be on processes ensuring a. demand forecast accuracy, b. channel inventory monitoring and compliance and c. S&OP process at region and country level.
  • Conduct regular assessment of PA processes to identify gaps and recommend process changes.
  • Comply and issue reports detailing conclusions and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Recommend employee training and modifications to procedures as needed.
  • Ensure trends and emerging issues that could impact Abbott Nutrition International (ANI) PA are considered and communicated to senior management team as appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA in Accounting, Finance, Demand Management
  • Minimum 15 years' work experience in relevant industry in finance/accounting at a senior level with evident success.
  • Prior experience managing control processes at large Corporation is a plus.
  • Affinity with general IT and information systems (SAP and Oracle)
  • Familiar with demand forecasting model including triangulation from market forecast to market sales from Abbott
  • Good understanding of the key processes of an organization
  • Have experience and being able to analyze and interpret complex problems/data gathered from a variety of sources and through effective decision-making and planning, delivers superior business solutions.
  • Have experience and demonstrate ability to effectively communicate to a diverse stakeholder, at multiple levels with a company through various format.
  • Be highly responsible with any job assignments, handle the job with transparency, integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to comfortably work in a continuously changing and dynamic environment
  • MS Office (required) / Power BI Analytics (nice to have)
