Job summary

This role requires 3 to 5+ years of massage therapy experience, strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven experience as foot and body massage therapist.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of reflexology points, hygiene protocols, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and floor management.
• Provide professional foot reflexology and body massage treatments.
• Train new therapists on techniques and standards.
