Job summary

ACME EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Foot Reflexologist to deliver professional reflexology treatments that promote relaxation and wellness. You will assess client needs, recommend suitable packages, and maintain a calm, hygienic treatment environment in Singapore.

The role requires good customer service, knowledge of reflexology techniques, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed. Training on SOPs and service standards will be provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Foot Reflexology or Massage Therapy required or preferred.
• Experience in foot reflexology, massage therapy, or wellness industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of foot pressure points and reflexology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude; physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional foot reflexology treatments using appropriate pressure point techniques.
• Provide basic body massage treatments where required.
• Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable reflexology treatments, wellness services, and packages.
• Ensure customers receive a comfortable, relaxing, and professional treatment experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms, foot baths, towels, oils, and equipment before each session.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards.
• Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and wellness products.
• Maintain accurate customer treatment records where required.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
