Responsibilities:
Develop and test new food products, recipes, and formulations.
Innovate and enhance existing products to meet consumer preferences and market trends.
Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with safety standards
Conduct research on food ingredients, processing methods, and preservation techniques
Ensure all products and processes comply with local and international food safety regulations, including HACCP, FDA, and other relevant standards
Work with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
Has 2 year of experience in food product development or a similar role.
Strong understanding of sauces and spices processing techniques and formulation.
