Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test new food products, recipes, and formulations.

  • Innovate and enhance existing products to meet consumer preferences and market trends.

  • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with safety standards

  • Conduct research on food ingredients, processing methods, and preservation techniques

  • Ensure all products and processes comply with local and international food safety regulations, including HACCP, FDA, and other relevant standards

  • Work with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field

  • Has 2 year of experience in food product development or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of sauces and spices processing techniques and formulation.

  • Strong understanding of food science principles and food processing techniques
