- Manage all Food and Beverage operations within budget.
- Preserve excellent levels of customer service.
- Design menus and purchase goods.
- Identify customer needs and respond to concerns.
- Recruit and train staff.
- Purchase and control inventory.
- Negotiate supplier arrangements.
- Negotiate with clients for catering services.
