Position Title: Food Service Operations Manager

Salary Range: SGD 6,000 – 7,500

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple noodle restaurant outlets and catering services.
  • Develop and implement operational standards to ensure food quality, consistency, and service excellence.
  • Supervise outlet managers and frontline staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, providing reports to management.
  • Manage manpower allocation, scheduling, and workflow improvements across outlets.
  • Strictly supervise the implementation and safe circulation of cash policies in restaurants within the jurisdiction.
  • Conduct analysis of business districts within the jurisdiction and market research on competitors, assist the company in conducting comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies to identify expansion opportunities and enhance brand awareness.
  • Liaise with suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other operational or management duties assigned by the Company.
Position Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in F&B operations, including supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Strong familiarity with Chinese cuisine operations, particularly noodle restaurant concepts, is an advantage.
  • Passionate about the catering industry, experience in managing multiple stores in large chain restaurants is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, and reporting to management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required, depending on operational needs.
  • Candidates with prior experience in multi-outlet or chain restaurant management will be highly preferred.
