A leading company seeks a Production Manager to oversee daily food production operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and leading a team. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in food production, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of food safety regulations. This role involves collaborating with various teams and monitoring key production performance indicators.
Job Summary:
Oversees daily food production to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality. Leads the production team and coordinates with QA, R&D, maintenance, cost control, and supply chain teams to maintain food safety and operational standards.
Job Responsibilities :
Oversee daily food production operations and schedules
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g. FSSC22000, BRCGS)
Supervise and lead production staff, including shift teams
Enforce workplace safety and hygiene protocols
Monitor production output, quality, cost, and yield
Support troubleshooting and implement process improvements
Collaborate with QA and R&D for product trials and launches
Track and report key production performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage raw material usage and reduce production waste
Job Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B background, production or a related field.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, FSSC, BRC).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems).
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and positive attitude.
