SG UPAY TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily frozen production operations, coordinate cross-shift teams, and ensure quality from raw materials to finished products.

You will conduct preventive equipment checks, record key production data, and enforce food safety protocols while supporting training and material supply coordination. Flexibility for rotating shifts and overtime is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or above; food-related degree or food safety certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Basic math and data recording skills for daily production reports.
• Good communication and leadership to manage frontline teams.
• Able to work flexible rotating shifts including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
• Physically fit for long hours standing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily frozen production operations to ensure efficiency and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate cross-shift teams, assign tasks and adjust staffing to meet production demands.
• Monitor product quality throughout all production stages from raw materials to finished products.
• Conduct regular preventive checks on production equipment to identify potential malfunctions early.
• Record key production data and submit daily operation reports to management.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to production disruptions and implement corrective actions to minimize losses.
• Lead new employee training and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material supply.
