Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs the Food Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food production operations. This includes ensuring product quality and safety, optimizing manufacturing processes, and leading a team of production staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support new product launches.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day food production activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO standards).
Plan, schedule, and monitor production timelines to meet operational targets.
Lead and motivate the production team to meet performance and quality standards.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to support new product development and inventory management.
Analyze production data and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for internal and regulatory audits.
Uphold workplace safety and ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
