FBB Foods Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Production role to plan production schedules and maintain inventory levels.

The job involves coordinating and training production staff, assisting in equipment maintenance, and applying corrective actions during shutdowns to keep operations on track. The successful candidate will monitor processes, ensure safety and hygiene SOPs are followed, collaborate with other teams to resolve inter-discipline issues, and contribute to data-driven improvements

Formación

• Able to work on shifts and weekends/ PH.
• Able to work overtime.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 3kg of goods.
• Able to work on rotating shift.

Responsabilidades

• Plan production schedule and maintain inventory levels
• Coordinate and provide training to production staff
• Assist in equipment maintenance
• Apply corrective actions for shut-downs during critical and emergency situations
• Monitor and maintain manufacturing processes
• Apply food production standards and SOPs related to safety and hygiene policies
• Coordinate with teams to resolve inter-discipline issues
• Improve operation planning using data analytics and data presentation during meetings
• Housekeeping and General duties as required
