JOB DESCRIPTION

- Handling of Seafood such as filleting, descaling, cleaning, gutting, polishing, peeling, and cutting

- Maintain high standards in food preparation and quality

- Maintain cleanliness for all work areas and ensure all stations are cleaned after end of day

- Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum PSLE qualifications

- Experience working in back kitchen or central kitchen

- Candidates are required to handle load of at least 20kg

- Candidates will be required to handle seafood

- Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior

- Able to work OT when required
