A leading food production company is seeking a Food Production Worker to prepare and produce aviation and non-aviation meals. The candidate will operate food processing equipment, ensure quality checks, and maintain hygiene standards. Ideal candidates should have a degree or diploma and 2-3 years of experience in the food production industry.

• Able to operate food processing equipment and machines.

Job Description

• Preparation of food ingredients for aviation and non-aviation meals
• Production, packing, and labelling of aviation and non-aviation meals/ bakery items
• Operations including thermoforming operations, blast chilling/freezing process, bulk food packing, vacuum sealing, rice line production etc
• Quality check of each finished item to meet the quality standards
• Operate food processing equipment and machinery in food production lines.
• Observe and maintain safety levels with particular attention to machinery and electrical equipment.
• Monitor food processing equipment and report cases of improper functions.
• Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following the cleanliness standards
• Maintain a strict level of personal and workplace hygiene.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma Holders
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Food Production Industry is preferred
• Able to operate food processing equipment and machines
