• Perform daily production process
• Receive production materials
• Prepare raw meat/ingredients for production
• Pack and record all production products
• Relocate items in production to store dept and vice versa
• Meet production schedule and target.
• Check & maintain quality of processed products according to company’s and customer’s specification.
• Follow daily equipment and area cleaning procedure and schedule.

• Lower secondary education and equivalent
• Willing to work in cool room environment at about 12 degrees Celsius and a semi wet area.
• Able to operate meat cutting and processing equipments and handle frozen products.
• Possess good personal hygiene.
