Job description

Job Summary:

Oversees daily food production to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality. Leads the production team and coordinates with QA, R&D, maintenance, cost control, and supply chain teams to maintain food safety and operational standards.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily food production operations and schedules

  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g. FSSC22000, BRCGS)

  • Supervise and lead production staff, including shift teams

  • Enforce workplace safety and hygiene protocols

  • Monitor production output, quality, cost, and yield

  • Support troubleshooting and implement process improvements

  • Collaborate with QA and R&D for product trials and launches

  • Track and report key production performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Manage raw material usage and reduce production waste

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B background, production or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, FSSC, BRC).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems).

  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and positive attitude.
