Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food production facility. The successful candidate will manage production teams, ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met, and ensure production efficiency to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the production floor.
  • Ensure compliance with SFA, HACCP, and ISO 22000 food safety standards.
  • Monitor production schedules, output, and quality to meet KPIs.
  • Train and manage production staff; conduct performance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety regulations.
  • Handle incident reporting, investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate with the purchasing team.
  • Work closely with QA, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
  • Able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit to handle production floor demands and shift work.
  • Proficient in basic computer software (e.g., MS Excel, production systems).

Additional Information:

  • Location: Bukit Batok
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days/week, rotating shifts
  • Salary: $3,300 - $4,500/month depending on experience
