Job Description:

The Food Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a food production facility. This includes supervising production lines, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, coordinating staff, and meeting production targets efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate production staff and workflow on the factory floor.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
  • Monitor and maintain product quality standards.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate production employees.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated safely and maintained regularly.
  • Assist in inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively.
  • Able to work flexible shifts or extended hours as needed.
