You will be liaising and working closely with clients ensuring all arrangements and requirements are collected from customers before the event, as well as review and analyze event order to understand clients’ needs, timeline, plan the appropriate setup, buffet, audio-visuals while addressing special requests.
Define brand identity and values for each brand, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
Work with the team to achieve P&L targets set.
Implement effective marketing strategies within budget to meet sales objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team on collateral and product packaging.
Develop at least 3 campaigns per brand annually and oversee the marketing team's performance.
Collaborate with the team to set clear, achievable sales targets.
Develop sales strategies aligned with the BOD’s revenue and profit goals.
Manage budgets to ensure sales goals are met.
Identify key market segments and implement growth strategies.
Establish new accounts, oversee daily event operations, and track staff performance.
What You Bring:
5 years of relevant experience in food court/coffee shop operations management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide service staff
Good communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships
Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to motivate staff
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
