Job description

We are seeking an experienced Food Court Manager to oversee our food court operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Job Description:

* Direct and manage the stalls according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements

*Maintain good working relationships with landlords, relevant authorities/ agencies, and stall tenants.

*Ensure outlets adhere to NEA, SFA and Civil Defense requirements and be present for outlet inspection and any to ensure that follow-up actions are completed duly.

*Liaise with landlords on building matters, joint promotions and events.

*Handle customers’ complaints and operational issues

* Implement and maintain quality control measures for food safety and hygiene

*Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management

*Establish overall business plans and provide regular reports on area performance, sales and financial budget analysis to senior management.

*Other work scope as required by business needs

Job Requirements:

* Minimum 4/5 years of experience in food court or restaurant management

* Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams

*Possess good knowledge of WSHA, HACCP & MUIS regulations

*Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to F&B operations and customer issues

* Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems

* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the F&B industry
