Job description

The Pentagon Group is a privately-owned food & beverage company in Singapore that operates bars and restaurants. Run by an experienced and passionate team about F&B and business, the result is dining experiences made of unique taste and hospitality to remember by.

We are currently looking for F&B Executives to join our team of passionate and talented individuals in operating an All Day Dining Restaurant.

The candidates will report to and work closely with the Restaurant Managers to strengthen the operations and service levels of the ground staff.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations.
  2. Assist in ensuring adherence to restaurant standards, service benchmarks, and company rules and regulations.
  3. Ensure high quality of customer service consistently.
  4. Lead and guide Captains and food runners.
  5. Work objectively towards department and personal KPIs.
  6. Carry out ad hoc duties as per management’s instructions.
  7. Contribute ideas and assist the Marketing Department with A&P activities.
Requirements:
  1. Fluent in English with good interpersonal skills.
  2. Keen interest and passion in hospitality, food, and beverage.
  3. Good work ethics, positive attitude, and pleasant personality.
  4. High standards in customer service, health, hygiene, food, and beverage.
