We are looking for a Food & Beverage Cashier to join our team!

As a Food & Beverage Cashier, we rely on you to:

• Provide, friendly and efficient service to all guests in the outlet.

• Process all payment transactions at F&B outlets.

• Ensure that charges are correctly and accurately enter the POS system for all sales and payments.

• Prepare cashiering report on daily transaction including the required reports according to policies and standard operating procedures.

• Be responsible in reporting any discrepancies/abnormality of daily transaction according to company policies and procedures.

• Work closely with Service Crews to ensure all billings are accountable and correctly charged.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experiences working in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.

• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor dining areas.

• Able to operate F&B POS System.

• Experience in preparing F&B Cashier Reports.

• Has strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travellers, as our resort is an international destination.

• Willing to work shifts.
