Position Overview

The Food & Beverage Admin Executive is responsible for providing secretarial, administrative and logistical support to the Executive Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage. The individual will be required to analyse and work with financial numbers related to Food & Beverage departments.

The Role
Food & Beverage Coordination
  • Provide administrative support and prepare business communications for Executive Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage
  • Prepare correspondence, presentation deck and daily reports
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications and correspondences
  • Handle enquires and follow up on menu requests
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • File and retrieve documents, records and reports
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and Food & Beverage promotion events
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
  • Provide guidance and assistance to all Food & Beverage colleagues on such reimbursements and submission procedure
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors for Food & Beverage
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for Food & Beverage
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies in Food & Beverage departments
