Food Application Technologist (Meat Processing) - NORTH #HHL

Contract Duration: 18 months or longer
Remuneration: Up to $4,000 basic + $120 transport allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory and pilot plant trials to generate data and insights for customer solutions.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to both internal teams and external clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help the commercial team achieve customer success.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including specs, application guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Ensure smooth lab operations, implement 5S, and uphold safety protocols.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Has prior experience in processed meat manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel for customer trials and site visits.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for food technology innovation.
