2. Good hand-eye coordination, dexterity and great sense of aesthetical taste!
3. Has an interest in any form of handiwork (e.g. painting, clay making, modelling)
4. Good colour matching and artistic sense
5. Works well in a team and strives for self-improvement
6. Able to independently manage projects as tasked by management.
