Position: Floor Supervisor
Salary: S$2,400 - S$3,200 per month
Location: UE Square, Singapore

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members/part-timers to deliver top-notch hospitality.
- Maintain inventory, and manage stock for the floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Uphold cleanliness, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotions and achieve sales targets.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in F&B.
