· Central
· 5 days work week (retail hours)
· Basic salary + Allowances

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support store management by supervising daily operations and maintaining high service standards on the sales floor.
  2. Lead by example to deliver top-tier customer experiences and address escalated complaints professionally.
  3. Guide team members in meeting personal grooming and appearance expectations aligned with brand image.
  4. Monitor and coach staff performance to drive strong customer service and adherence to brand values.
  5. Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and customer engagement.
  6. Utilize in-store digital tools (e.g., kiosks) to promote full product range and enhance customer choices.
  7. Leverage sales data and reports to support optimal product placement and visual merchandising strategies.
  8. Implement engaging product displays using current visual trends to attract and convert customers.
  9. Ensure merchandise on the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
  10. Assist with onboarding new team members and guiding them through their initial training period.
  11. Support the development of existing staff by helping them complete training assessments and skill upgrades.
  12. Encourage continuous learning and career growth among team members to build a high-performing store culture.
