The Role

As a Floor/Bar Supervisor , you’ll be the bridge between our guests, bar team, and floor crew. You’ll set the tone for excellent service, ensure smooth operations, and help create an unforgettable dining experience that lives up to our fire-forward philosophy.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and supervise floor & bar operations during service
  • Support and coordinate with the bartending team — from prep to presentation
  • Train and guide service staff to deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns with confidence and care
  • Oversee inventory levels and assist with ordering for the bar
  • Handle shift scheduling, daily reports, and closing procedures
  • Be the go-to person on the floor — approachable, alert, and in control
Who You Are
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and floor operations
  • Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Calm under pressure and passionate about team development
  • Organised, reliable, and ready to lead from the front
