Job summary

A leading company in drilling requires an Electrical Technician to maintain and repair electrical systems on their vessels. The ideal candidate will have a Nitec in Electrical, good communication skills, and at least 2 years of experience in related work. This role entails collaboration with the production team and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of working experience in electrical-related troubleshooting, repair and maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical equipment & system aboard.
• Manage electricians & subcontractors.
• Comply with safety rules and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical equipment & system aboard inclusive of PMS, survyes and ad hoc repair
• Maintains barge's technical drawings & manuals, equipment & invenotry lists, inclusive of managing electricians & subcontractors
• Cooperates with other production team members as required to achieve functional objectives and meet deadlines.
Complies with all safety rules and regulations accordingly to HSEQ work cultures and best practices

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical or equivalent
• Good communication skills using the English language so as to collaborate with other team members.
Preferably 2 years of working experience in electrical-related troubleshooting, repair and maintenance work
