About This Role

Primary Duties
  • Assuring the quality delivery of client training according to qualification, including classroom systems, performance ground school, and in-simulator pilot training.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all authorizations and qualifications.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
  • Striving to increase Instructor qualifications as required by the program.
  • Conducting quality pre- and post-flight briefings.
  • Suggesting changes to curriculum and courseware materials to enhance the clients’ experience.
  • Assisting the Lead with duties when requested.
  • Ensuring all paperwork and electronic records are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Above-average verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer.
  • Continuous drive for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
  • Adaptability to change and flexibility.
  • Strong customer/client orientation.
Experience
  • Holds or has held an Air Transport License/certificate, or equivalent (FAA preferred).
  • Holds or has held relevant type ratings with operational experience, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1500 hours of total multi-pilot time.
  • Previous experience as an instructor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 environment.
  • Experience in aviation-related training and operations acceptable to regulatory authorities.
