Flexibility to manage weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with assignment-based rates and potential higher rates for complex procedures. State-registered or enrolled nurses with valid SNB certificate are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nursing qualification and be eligible to practise nursing in Singapore.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes across Singapore.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor clients' health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, stoma care, and other nursing procedures.
• Manage enteral feeding and feeding tube care in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and identify changes in clients' conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and family caregivers on care techniques and health management.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and care records.
• Liaise with doctors, hospitals, allied health professionals, and family members regarding client care.
• Participate in care coordination and escalation of clinical concerns when necessary.
