Qualifications

• Proven experience in agency recruitment and a successful track record in a 360 recruitment environment.
• Experience recruiting within Technology, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce, Corporate Functions, Industrial, or related sectors.
• Singapore CEI Certification (as noted in the listing) is desirable.
• Strong business development and sales capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement and account management.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities and actively grow your client portfolio.
• Source, engage, and attract high-quality talent through proactive search strategies and networking.
• Consult with clients on market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarking.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and placement targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different markets and practices to drive regional opportunities.
