Job Description

Key Responsibilities

You will work in a commercial kitchen preparing inflight meals for airline clients, planning and producing meals according to tasks assigned by the Chef-in-charge. Key roles include:

  1. Dishing meals for Economy and Premium Class
  2. Preparation of Cold Sandwiches
  3. Plating Cold Salads and Fresh Fruits
  4. Cutting vegetables and fruits

Key Requirements

  • Able to work at least 4 days a week (including 1 weekend), and at least 6 hours a day, starting from 1300hrs/1500hrs (for tasks 1-3) or from 0700hrs (for task 4).
  • Able to commit to fixed workdays.
  • Able to stand for long hours, occasionally lift loads up to 15kg, and enter chiller cold rooms (2-5°C) to collect or store food items.
