Job Description
- Monitor driver behaviour and uphold service standards
- Support deliveries during peak periods or manpower shortages
- Coordinate and schedule daily driver activities for timely execution
- Assist with onboarding and training of new drivers
- Track and report KPIs to support performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard procedures for in-hub parcel collection
- Manage operational admin tasks and support daily fleet activities using MS Office or Google Suite
- Apply a data-driven approach to improve route efficiency and overall operations
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Relevant experience in operations, logistics, vendor coordination, or working with ground teams is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables) and Google Suite
