Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and manage a team of delivery personnel, ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the delivery team, providing effective leadership and guidance.
• Maintain and update route plans and provide monthly reporting of fleet management.
• Monitor compliance with quality control and assurance standards for all areas of fleet management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vehicle leasing companies and third-party service providers for long term business partnerships.
• P&L Responsibility:Oversee the profit and loss performance of the entire transport department, ensuring cost control, efficiency, and financial sustainability.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics management or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
