RESPONSIBILITIES

The Fleet Manager is responsible for the overall management, safety, competency and performance of the Company's drivers and fleet operations.

The role will lead the implementation of a strong driver safety and performance culture, ensuring all drivers operate safely, responsibly and in compliance with Company policies, regulatory requirements and operational standards.

  • Conduct regular site visits and spot checks to verify compliance with safety requirements, driver documentation and operational procedures, following up on non-compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure lessons learned from incidents are communicated across the driver population.
QUALIFICATIONS
