Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Révision quotidienne des données d'accidents dans le système FSMS.
  • Gestion des litiges et des plaintes des conducteurs par téléphone et par email.
  • Faciliter le programme de sécurité lié à l'amélioration des conducteurs.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Fleet Insurance & Safety Officer to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fleet insurance operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our insurance processes.

What you'll be doing

  • To review daily accident data entries in FSMS system

  • To maintain/verify/update accident policy excess/imposition/refund/concession tasks

  • To handle mandate accident cases via email request

  • To manage drivers’ disputes/grievances/appeal via phone, walk-ins and emails

  • To review drivers’ accident performance daily

  • To execute and facilitate driver’s improvement safety related program

  • Proposing appropriate actions for post-accident drivers with safety initiatives

  • To assist in updating accident performance statistics

  • Manning Fleet Safety email queries 10.

  • Assist and facilitate miscellaneous admin tasks not limited to LTA QOS, budgeting, finance, third party vendors and motor claims issues
