Fleet Insurance Administrative

About the role

Comfort Transportation Pte Ltd & CityCab Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organised Fleet Insurance Administrative to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fleet insurance operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our insurance processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in dept’s incoming/outgoing emails, normal mails, dept’s hotline and queue call.
2. Review driver’s accident performance from video footages and recommend driver termination to the supervisor for concurrence.
3. Issue Driver Performance Review Letter (APRL) or arrange for drivers to attend Defensive Driving Course (DDC).
4. Check that relevant documents have been uploaded from the accident reporting centre.
5. Collate documents of letter of demand from insurance.
6. Assist to upload accident videos.
7. Supply drivers’ particulars, accident reports/photos to solicitors and third parties.
8. Follow up on missing accident cases with the accident reporting centre.
9. Upload recovery files from the workshop.
10. Generate rental letters for the workshop to facilitate claims against third parties.
11. Assist to check if drivers took a float taxi during the accident repair duration.

What we're looking for

1. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
