1. Import and Export activity of fleet
2. Macro demand planning for fleet rolling 4 months
3. Manage the local fleet of ISOtanks and SBCs and allocate them conscientiously to business
4. Ownership of leased contract
5. Provide technical support on fleet
6. Key User and administrator of Fleet (SAP)
7. Maintenance/Recertification of Fleet
8. Tracking of fleet's related costs
9. Verifying invoices from 3rd parties service providers to ensure amount is provisioned in SAP prior dispatching to Shared Service Center for payment
10. Enter and maintain movements of fleets (SBC/Isotanks) for return shipments
11. Preparing shipping documents for repositioning of fleet
12. Ensure all the warehouse storage and tank rental are accrued correctly before month end closing

Stock Management

1. Ensure accuracy of inventory in SAP – Monthly reconcile of residues from multiple warehouses against SAP system, ensure the accuracy and rectify discrepancies, if any
2. Involved yearly stock take at 3rd party warehouse/storage tank
