Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on laboratory professional to support the preparation and quality checking of flavour samples within the Food & Flavour industry. You will compound samples, weigh materials, verify batch numbers, maintain inventory and keep work areas clean and organized.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow formulas and safety procedures, and comfort with lab work. Prior lab or F&F experience is beneficial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma qualification is required.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with hands-on laboratory work and handling materials.
• Able to follow formulas, instructions and safety procedures carefully.
• Prior laboratory or F&F experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Compound flavour samples according to approved formulas and instructions.
• Accurately weigh and verify materials, batch numbers and quantities.
• Maintain flavour sample inventory and assist with material replenishment.
• Clean and maintain laboratory equipment, glassware and work areas.
• Ensure materials are stored correctly and maintain good laboratory housekeeping.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures, SOPs and quality requirements.
• Assist with other laboratory duties as assigned.
